Frequently asked
Everything sites ask before they book a free vending machine install — cost, lead time, eligibility, products, payments and coverage across Australia.
How the free vending machine program actually pays for itself — and what you're never charged for.
Yes — 100% free. $0 delivery, $0 install, $0 maintenance and $0 restocking labour. You supply power and floor space; we supply the machine, install crew, stock, telemetry and service techs. Revenue from product sales funds the program.
There isn't one, but there is a floor. Your site needs enough foot traffic (roughly 30+ daily users) for the machine to be commercially viable. Below that, we can't justify the free install.
A simple site agreement covers access, power and space. There's no lease, no minimum spend and no cost to you or your staff — the agreement just governs the machine placement and service schedule.
No. Prices match standard Australian retail vending — the model works on volume, telemetry and route efficiency, not on marking prices up.
We do. That's why service, restocking, telemetry, refunds and repairs are on us — the operator carries the asset.
From qualification to a cold drink out of the machine.
Metro capital-city installs land in 7–14 days after your site is approved. Regional sites are 2–3 weeks. Remote and FIFO sites are scheduled with your next crew changeover or freight window.
A standard 10-amp GPO within 2 metres of the install spot, a level floor and clear access for a hand-trolley. Our crew handles the rest — placement, levelling, first stock and telemetry sign-on.
A full-size combo is roughly 90cm wide × 85cm deep × 195cm tall. Snack-only and drink-only footprints are similar. We confirm exact dimensions once we've matched a machine to your site.
Yes — we place it wherever it serves your staff best (lunchroom, lobby, plant room, break area), provided there's power and floor clearance.
Who qualifies for a free machine and which industries land fastest.
Around 30 daily users. High-traffic offices, warehouses, gyms, healthcare and 24/7 sites qualify fastest. Multi-shift workplaces easily clear that number even with a smaller headcount on paper.
Offices, warehouses & 3PL, gyms, schools, healthcare, mining & FIFO camps, adult venues, pubs & clubs, government and corporate campuses. Anywhere with steady daily foot traffic and 24/7 power.
Yes — high schools, TAFEs and universities. Product range is tuned per site (healthy options, no energy drinks in K-12, etc.).
Usually not on its own — the volume doesn't support a free install. If you share a lobby, floor or building with other tenants, the combined headcount often qualifies.
What goes in, how it's paid for, and how we know when to restock.
Snacks, cold drinks, healthy options and site-specific ranges. All machines are cashless (card + Apple Pay + Google Pay) and telemetry-monitored, so popular lines get restocked before they run out.
Yes. We propose a starting mix based on your industry and site, then tune it after the first few restocks based on real sell-through data.
Cashless-only. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay via a Nayax reader. No cash means no theft, no jams and no counting.
Telemetry alerts our team the moment stock runs low, so restocks are pre-emptive. If a payment goes wrong, refunds are one tap on the Nayax MoMa app — usually instant.
We do. Scheduled service visits include cleaning, restocking, refund reconciliation and preventative maintenance. Break-fix response is 24/7.
